is a strategic communications consultancy with a focus on internal communication, employee experience, change communication, and New Work. Founder & Managing Director
The consultancy was founded by Barbara Jansen, a communications expert and New Work facilitator with more than 18 years of experience in national and international projects. With a Master’s degree in Political Communication, deep industry knowledge, and an interdisciplinary mindset, she brings together strategy, creativity, and execution power.
